Isle of Pride Chair

James serves as Chair of Isle of Pride, bringing a wealth of experience from his work in public service within the Isle of Man Government, alongside his extensive involvement in community and voluntary roles. He provides strategic leadership to the organisation, helping to shape its vision, strengthen its impact, and ensure that Isle of Pride continues to serve and represent the LGBTQIA+ community across the Isle of Man.

Chris Dent

Treasurer & Company Secretary

Chris serves as Treasurer and Company Secretary of Isle of Pride. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and has gained extensive experience in charity accounting and administration. He brings a strong focus on financial accountability and good governance, helping to ensure the organisation operates responsibly and sustainably.

Siobhán Fletcher

Media Officer

Siobhán serves as Media Officer for the charity, bringing in her experience working as a multimedia journalist and producer in broadcast journalism. Outside of Isle of Pride, Siobhán works at Manx Radio, primarily in the newsroom, but she also splits 'Live Lounge' presenting duties with Christy D.

Nick Broadwell

Data Protection & Safeguarding Officer

Nick serves as Data Protection and Safeguarding Officer, as well as leading Chree, the charity's work around outreach, training and creating safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of Isle of Pride Nick is a GP, bringing in experience in healthcare, safeguarding and education to his work with the charity.

Amy Parkes

Operations Officer

Amy serves as Isle of Pride's Operations Officer, supporting the charity across a wide range of areas including events, volunteers, communications, fundraising, and community engagement. She helps turn ideas into action, ensuring the charity's day to day activities run smoothly while supporting its long term vision.

Kat Kelly

Technological Officer

Kat serves as Isle of Pride's Technology Officer, bringing extensive experience in web development, programming, and digital systems. She oversees the charity's technical infrastructure, helping to deliver reliable, accessible, and innovative digital services.
